PRICE MURDER CASE.
CABINET MEETS WEDNESDAY. SHOULD SENTENCE PROCEED? (By Telegnph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Cabinet meeta on Wednesday to consider the depositions, the judge's charge to the jury and the report of the judge in the Price murder case. Next day the Executive Council will .decide whether the sentence should be interfered with. Charles William Price, alias Edwards, teamster, aged 42, was sentenced to death at Napier for the murder of Evelyn Mary Madden, domestic, in Hawke's. Bay on or about February 6.
