GIRL KNOCKED DOWN.
MOTOR CYCLIST INJURED. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) TE PUKE, this day. An accident occurred in Jellicoe Street, Te Puke, yesterday, when Merle flicks, a schoolgirl aged about 11 years, riding a man's bicycle, was knocked over by a motor cycle. The rider of the motor cycle, Mr. Duncan, hud his hand badly cut. i'lie jrirl had her left leg broken and the riglit Severely gashed. Both were attended by Dr. ltandell, of Te Puke.
