DEVONPORT SHIELD GAMES.
REPRESENTATIVE TRIALS
On Saturday the Auckland Hockey Association will suspend the championship round and substitute the first and second rounds of the Devonport Shield competition. The teams having the bye vvill play a match against a trial representative team.
As all the stronger clubs will have some of their members in the trial team anil will thus have to field junior substitutes, some surprises may eventuate.
