HALL LET FOR PICTURES. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WHANGAREr, Saturday. In the case Lester Sinclair v. the Whangarei Borough Council, which was heard at the Supreme Court, Auckland, the judge made an order dismissing the motion, with £7 7/ costs and disbursements against plaintiff. Sinclair had sought an injunction to restrain the council from, acting on its decision to let the Town Hall to Williamson's Picture Corporation and Mr.' J. P. Moodabe.
