THEFT CHARGE.
BANK CLERK REMANDED. TO APPEAR AT NEW PLYMOUTH. David Jason Spence, aged 30, a clerk, appeared in the Police Court, before Mr. W. R. McKean, S.M., this morning, charged, at New Plymouth on May 21, that being a servant in the employ of the Commercial Bank, lie stole £10 belonging to the bank. On the application of Senior Detective Hall, Spence was remanded to appear at New Plymouth on June 7,
