NEW SCHOOL.
BUILDING AT PANMURE. Notification that Cabinet lias approved a grant for the erection of a new school at Panmure was received this morning by Mr. W. J. Jordan, M.P., for the district. The old school, which was built I!;) years/ ago, and is one of the oldest schools in Auckland province, has, for some time, proved too small for the needs of the district.
