VICTORIA LEAGUE.
The Victoria League sewing committee held a successful bridge party on Thursday afternoon. Guests wefle received by Mrs. J. IJ. Macfarlane and Mrs. Charlton, chairman and secretory of the committee. As a result of the party the funds of the committee have benefited considerably. Hostesses for the afternoon were Mis. Mnguire, Mrs. Dane Allen, Mrs. Mitchell, Mrs. Hall, and Miris M. Chapman.
