The Ciitelic Society of Auckland held its monthly ceilidh last evening in the Manches&r Unity Building, when a programme of Highland music and dancing, and elocutionary itenie was presented. The president. Mr- John Mol.eod, give a cordinl welcome to the assemblage of mergers ami fHend*. Items were rendered by the following artists; Mrs. X. V. Le Petit, Mrs. Nigel White. Misses Pfttrldtt McLood; Dorothy Searle, and Jp.-sie Boyd, Messrs. Alan MacElwnin, .Tnlin McLeod, Roderick MacKay, Alan Tow, Leslie Russell, and Pipers CarnpLell. Stewait and Armour.
