W.C.T.U.
The Birkenhead branch of the W.C.T.U. held its usual monthly meeting at Mrs. Dingley's residence. The president, Mrs. Gatman, presided. Prayers were offered for the work, also for Mr. Hayman, in captivity in China. Mrs. Hayman, sen., had been a valued member of the branch for many years until she left the district, ilrs. Gatman spoke on experiences dtiringl Easter camp. Tea was served by Mrs. Dingley.
