RUBBER PIPE BURSTS. Water from a rubber pipe which burst some time during Wednesday night in the surgery occupied by Mr. H. P. Blakey, dentist, in Broadway- Chambers, Newmarket, flooded tho surgery and penetrated into adjacent premises. In the shops occupied by Adams Bruce, Limited, confectioners, and Mr. A. M. Humphreys, stationery and crockery dealer, slight damage was paused to stock, while in the Newmarket ottice of the Bank of New South Wales, situated immediately beneath the surgery, a large quantity of stationery was ruined by drippings from the ceiling.
