LEAGUE FOOTBALL.
KANGAROO TOUR APPROVED. MORE AUSTRALIAN CO-OPEEATION. The council of the New Zealand Rugby League last evening, with Mr. Cyril Snedden presiding, decided, after a discussion in committee, to acquiesce in the invitation of an Australian team to visit New Zealand this season. A report from Mr, H. R. Miller, secretary of the Australian Board of Control, also was considered when the proposition of a series of matches with New South Wales and Queensland, was approved.
