There has been considerable speculation among listeners concerning the future of B broadcasting stations when they come under the control of the Broadcasting Board. ■In an interview last evening Mr. Forbes stated that the value of B stations was recognised by the Govern-

Mr. Forbes emphasised the fact that there would be no attempt to do away with B stations, and suggested that they would be fostered by the board.
