FAT STOCK MARKET.

WESTFIELD SALE. PRICES WELL MAINTAINED. COWS AND HEIFERS PLENTIFUL. Thorn was more than an average yarding of cattle, at the Westfield fat stock market to-day. Ox beef was penned in lesser numbers, the heavier yarding comprising mostly cows and heifers. The market for ox was firm, lata quotations ruling. Good quality cows and lieifers also sold readily, while plainer lines were inclined to be easier. The top price of the morning, £10 12/(i, was realised for a line from Rangiriri.
