VICTORIA ELECTIONS.
The Victoria general elections will be held next Saturday, March 2. The prospects" indicate a return of the United Australian party and Country party Government, led by Sir Stanley Argyle. The Labour party, which is the direct Opposition, seems to have lost its cohcsivencss and definiteness of programme. The Government's platform will deal with rural relief and housing schemes The state of parties in the Parliament dissolved was: United Australia party, 29; Contry party, 17; Labour, 1(5; Independents, 3.
