Father Noel Gascoigne, who left New Zealand last September to complete his studies. She tasted toheroa eoup for the first time in Auckland, and has ordered a case to be sent on board for her own use when she reaches America. She is arranging for the chief steward to sample this New Zealand soup, with a, view to including it on the Franconia's menu.
