OLD BOWLERS.
REUNION OF VETERANS. Eighteen years ago a few veteran bowlers of Auckland formed themselves into an association, the Auckland Veteran Bowlers' Association, with the view of an annual reunion of those who form links with the establishment of the game in the city in 1861. In that year the Auckland Club's bowling green tva-i put down, and at that time ivas the only bowling creon outside the British Isles. The membership of the Veterans' Association now is 1.53, of whom five are over 90 years of age, and about 30 have passed 80 years. Tliis year's reunion will be held on the Auckland Club's screen to-morrow, when bowling games will occupy the morning and afternoon, and the business meeting will be held during the luncheon adjournment.
