COLLEGE ROLL DECREASE.
PARENTS APPREHENSIVE ? (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Although there are OSB students enrolled at the Technical College this year, the attendance shows a fall from the total of last year of 11 per cent In reporting this fact.to a meeting of the college board of governors yesterday, the director said an analysis of the' figures seemed to show that many parents had been compelled to send their children to work, or were waiting to do so, preferring them to take posffcione through the dread of the immediate future.
