MARRIED MAN'S THEFTS
A TRIP TO AUCKLAND
{By Telegraph.* -Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. A young married man, .John Doyle, pleaded guilty in the Magistrate's Court to-day to four charges involving th», theft' of sums of money from his employers-
In a statement to the police Doyle admitted the. offences, ire .said he had been in financial difficulties, but intended repaying the smaller sums until the biggest amount, £7(1. came into his possession. He then left for Auckland, but later returned and surrendered to the police.
On the main charge Doyle was committed- to the Supreme Court for sentence. Sentence on the other charges was adjourned .sine die.
