ALOOF FROM JUBILEE.
CORPORATION'S DECISION. (Received 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, February 19. Greenock Corporation decided, by 12 votes to 10, not to attend a church service or to participate in the Jubilee celebrations. Opponents of participation cited meetings of unemployed whose conditions the Government could improve.
