FATAL SKID,

WELLINGTON, this day.
An Aupklander, Mr. George E. Ansell, clerk, of Ohehunga, received fatal injuries when the motor cycle he was riding skidded into a ditch in the Taita Gorge, Lower Hutt, yesterday afternoon. He died" from severe head injuries in the Wellington Hospital at midnight. A pillion-rider, Mr. P. J. Charles, clerk, of 1, Severn Street, Island Bay, escaped With an injury to the jaw and concussion.
