£6,000,000 Timber Deal With Russia. BRITISH RUMOUR. (Received 1 p.m.) LONDON", February 10. The "Financial Times" says that Mr. Walter Runciman, President of the Board of Trade, is reported to have vetoed a £0,000,000 timber deal between London . timber distributors and the Russian Government. It was the biggest deal ever negotiated with Russia.
