OTAGO CLOUDBURST.
HOLD-UP IN TRAIN TRAFFIC. SLIPS ON RAILWAY LINE. (By Tejograph. —Press Association.) DUNEDIN, this day. TJail troflic iti the Clyde-Cramwell Gorge is still held up by a cloudburst which occurred yesterday afternoon. Fruitgrowers will suffer heavily as both rail and road communication with Upper Central Otago is blocked. The full extent of the damage is not known in Dunedin, but it is understood that five slips of a total length of one mile have occurred on the railway. A work train left last night for the gorge.
