DIVORCE SUIT IN PARIS. (Received 0.30 a.m.) PARIS, February 3. Madame Alice Delysia, well-known French actress, has arrived in Paris from Australia to file a counter-petition alleging unfaithfulness in reply to the action brought by her husband, Georges Denis, for a divorce on the ground of desertion. lime. Delysia was appearing in the revue, "Mother of Pearl," in Sydney when she was informed of her husband's suit and, cancelling further engagements, including a tour of New Zealand, she left immediately for Paris in order to fight the case.
