Exchange for Free State Farm Produce. TRADE AGREEMENT EXPECTED. (Received 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, February 3. The "Sunday Dispatch" says that the negotiations for the Irish Free State to take British steel in exchange for dairy and agricultural produce are approaching a successful conclusion.
