UEAGUE ACTIVITY. SIX CLUBS IN LONDON. (Received 10 a.m.) LONDON, February 3. "Sporting Life" says that officials of the Northern llugby League have sanctioned a scheme, to establish six London professional Rugby clubs, to play Northern League next season. If tno venture be successful other clubs -will bo formed In the south, this providing for the inauguration of a southern section of the Rugby League. French teams may be invited to visit London.
