BRAVE BOY.
RESCUE FROM DROWNING. HELD ON THOUGH EXHAUSTED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Friday. The bravery of John Todds, aged 13, saved Peter Mouritsen, aged seven, from certain drowning in the harbour at Ravcnsbourne last evening. The boy Mouritsen was fishing at the jetty, when he fell into deep water. His companion called for help, and Todds, though fully clothed and only a learner at swimming, plunged in and broughc the now unconscious boy to the piles, where, himself exhausted, he hung on to his burden till both were rescued in a dinghy.
