NEW DAIRY FACTORY.
OPENING IN NORTH. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WHANGAREI, this day. There will be a large gathering of leading figures in the dairy industry at the opening of the new dairy factory at Maungaturoto to-morrow. The visitors will include the Hon. C. E. Macmillan, Minister of Agriculture, Messrs. A. J. Murdoch, M.P., G. M. Valentine, assistant director of the dairy division, A. K. Cave, the Hamilton architect who designed all three Northern factories which have been built this year, and J. Wallace Smith, formerly dairy instructor for Northland and now dairy factory superintendent at Massey College. Representatives from dairy companies as far north as Kaitaia have stayed over from yesterday's conference in order to be present at %iungaturoto's big day to-morrow. Mr. W.
