SUPREME COURT DECISION". (Received 2.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, November 21/ Mr. Justice Carew to-day entered his decision on the Gloria Va'nderbilt case, making' the ten-year-old heiress the ward of tie Supreme Court of New York and placing her under the care of her paternal aunt, Mrs. Payne Whitney, the Court's representative. The child is to visit her mother.. Mrs. Gloria Yanderbilt, each week-end and during the whole of July. Decision to appeal from this judgment was indicated by Mrs. Yanderbilt.
