AMBULANCE CONTESTS.
Competitions in ambulance work were conducted at the St. John Ambulance headquarters in Rutland Street last night. Teams representing Auckland division, National Reserve, Epsom, and Onehunga competed in two events. Drs. T. Webster, S. Kenrick, E. H. Roche, and E. Vivian acted as judges.
The Shelton Memorial Cup, for the treatment of an apparently drowned person, was won by the Mount Albert section of the Auckland division. The same section was successful in the contest for the Jones Shield for first aid and home nursing.
