WINDING UP COMPANIES.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Wednesday. Rules concerning the winding up of companies are published in a special "Gazette" issued to-night. They consolidate the existing rules and bring them up to date in accordance with the Companies Act passed by Parliament last year. The "Gazette" a.lso Contains a. number of schedules.
