THE CUP MEETING. PETER PAN AGAIN. CLOSING TIME AND UPOKO ARIKI. MELBOURNE, November 11. The Melbourne Cup carnival of the Victoria Racing Club was concluded at Plemington yesterday in fine weather and before an excellent attendance, which included the Duke of Gloucester. Polygonum scored his first success for two and a half years in the Windsor I Hurdle Race. Bumburnie, who had won 'at his previous four starts, finished gamely 1 for second and Dunkeld was third.
