(British Official Wireless.) | RUGBY, October 2. j Admiral of the Fleet Sir Reginald Tyrwhitt opened the new extensions to Harwich Quay, which cost nearly £500,000. They were constructed to give further facilities for the handling of the London and North Eastern Railway Company's steamers engaged in services across the North Sea. 1
