SOUTH AUCKLAND CENTRE. HAMILTON', Thursday. Pates for a number of tournaments to l>o held in the coming season were allocated at a meeting of the executive of the South, Auckland Bowling Centre. After considerable discussion it was decided to hold the centre tourney on January 28, 29 and 30. A touring party from the North Auckland Centre is to visit South Auckland early next. year, find the executive siiKjiested that the vlßtt should extend from February 17 to February -'(3. The date tor the Hardley Shield tournament nt To Aroha was fixed for February IC. In March a knock-out tourney will be held to decide the champion of champions for the centre's district. Other dates for club tournaments were allocated as follow: To Pol. .Labour Day; Franktori'. November 7 : Claudelands, November 2S; Te Aroha full-rink tourney, January 1 and 2 ; Te Aroha pairs tourney. January 3 and 4: Hamilton and Clai'delands Clubs' combined tourney. January 1 and 2. The date of Hie Franklon pal.'d tournament was left in the hands of the president.
