RECORD LOW INTEREST RATE (By Telegraph. —Press Association.) DUNEDIN, this day. The record low interest rate of 3 per cent for a loan of £10,000 has been secured by Hie Otago Harbour Board. The chairman said it was the cheapest loan raised in New Zealand.
