ALLEGED " RINGING IN." ANOTHER CASE IN VICTORIA. (Kcceivcil 11 a.m.) MELBOURNE, this day. The stewards of the Pakenham Racing Club disqualified for life F. Fisher and the gelding Sir Difference for fraudulent practices and dishonourable action. The stewards found that Sir Difference; who won races at Bacchus Marsh and Pakenham, was identical with the pony Percy.
