FOREIGN" LEGION ENLISTMENT. LONDON, August 5. Lord Edward Montagu, second son of the Duke of Manchester, who flew to Dunkirk, France, to join the Foreign was told he could not enlist until"he brought his papers. He changed his mind overnight and returned to England.
