The women's open fours tourney under the auspices of the Auckland Friendly Societies' Indoor Bowling Association totiK place on Saturday afternoon. Teams consisted of three women and a male skip. Excellent entries have been received for the open pairs' tournament, to be conducted at the Olympic Sports room, commencing tills evening. The competition will be carried out on the two-life system under the rules of the Auckland Friendly Societies' Association, each game consisting of ten heads. Draw for the first round : —A.
