BOWLING.
AUCKLAND CLUB. The Auckland Bowling Club held its weekly pairs tournament yesterday, 12 teams taking part. Section A was won by I'itkcthlcy and Dixon (Auckland) with five wins, while Woolfc and ITarland (Mount 'Eden) were successful in the B section with four wins and one loss. The winners will play off next Wednesday. HILLSBORO' CLUB. The pairs bowling tournament to have been hold at the Hlllsboro' green to-mor-row (Thursday) has been postponed until Wednesday, July IS.
