WRESTLING AT KAIKOHE.
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WHANGAREI, this day. On Saturday the Northland Gymnasium Club, the holders of the Ken Kelly Wrestling Cup, travelled with the trophy to Kaikohe. There was a packed house and the wrestling was of a high standard. Whangarei succeeded in retaining the trophy, winning by three bouts to one. The results were:—G. Dudley (W) beat T Harrison by two falls, E- Baigent (W) beat Shortland by one fall, N. Kokieh (W) beat C. Bonney by two falls, A. McMahon (W) lost to McMillan by two submission falls. The Whangarei wrestlers were accompanied by a party of girls from the Northland Ladies' Gymnasium Club, who put on a physical culture display under their instructor, Mr.- W Lewtns. ■ , . .
