ROTARY MEETS.
GATHERING IN DETROIT. DETROIT, June 24. Ten thousand Eotarians, representing every section of the United States and 64 foreign countries are gathering in Detroit for the opening of the annual international convention on Monday. Mr. R. L. Hill,' of Missouri, has been nominated to succeed Mr. John Nelson, of Montreal, as president. A complete list' of candidates for the other offices will be elec.ted, including the board of governors, which will include several foreign representatives.
