EX-SOLICITOR CHARGED.
ALLEGED THEFT OF £650. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. William Parry Hollings, was chained in the Police Court to-day, with the theft of £(ioo from Samuel Wilson, by fraudulently applying the proceeds of a cheque for that amount to a purpose other than the investment of it on the security of fire-t mortgage. HoiIngs was struck off the solicitors' roll by order of the Appeal Court in March. The case is proceeding.
