PILOT'S ESCAPE.
LANDS IN BURNING 'PLANE. (Received 9.30 a.m.) PARIS, June 12. An airman named Koubala was towing the famous Austrian glider Robert Kronfield near Limoges when his aeroplane caught fire. Kronfield detached the machine and landed safely in a field, and Koubala made a forced landing. Ho just managed to jump clear of the burning 'plane before it was completely destroyed.
