MODEL YACHTING.
ORAKEI CLUB. The Orakel Basin Model Yacht Club held their final events of the season on Saturday in the Basin. The final heat for Mr. A. R. Bevin's trophy, for which seven races were sailed, was won by Mr. H. Grayson's Rona, 17 points: Mr. R. McKay's Akarana, 16 points, being runner-up. The race for Mr. H. V. Dearsly's trophy, sailed over two rounds of the club's triangular course, resulted in a win for Mr. R. Grace's Advance, with Mr. Gruysonls Rona second, and Mr. J. Cole's Alert third. This completes the series of races that have been carried on jUmcflt continuously junhfi'ir iinr.
