MILLER NOW PROFESSIONAL. (Received 0.30 a.m.) PHILADELPHIA, May 29. William Miller, three times United States sculling champion, on Tuesday turned professional by signing to row in a special race at Toronto in August. On that occasion Miller is to meet Bobby Pearcc and others. •
