WATERSIDE DISPUTE.
CARGO WORK HELD UP. '(By Telegraph. —Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. The Federal steamer Cambridge, which arrived at Lyttelton froni Wellington this morning with West of England cargo, was unable to begin work owing to a labour dispute, the railway hands objecting to duty. Four sheet hands were taken on, but there was no work up Uj one o'clock this afternoon.
