THE NEW COINAGE.
This I do allow "Keason" in his letter re the above: Our coinage now does represent a cleavage of the Church from the State, and it is just this which is 60 deplorable, as "without God we can do nothing." It is nothing more or less than deliberately tellinsr God that our King reigns irrespective of Chri«t''. will and is no longer a "Defender of the !F<ith," which was once delivered unto tl** saints. Such is the lie our .present coinage would have us believe, but the reverse i* the truth, for "By Christ kings reign and princes decrpe Justice," and our Kinsr is a "Defender of the Faith." " W. ,T.
