LIGHT RAIN EXPECTED.
TO-DAY'S WEATHER FORECAST (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. An intense anti-cyclone, is still centred near Chatham Island,, but pressure is falling over Eastern Australia. The forecast is for fresh lo strong east to north-east winds. The wdather will be cloudy to.overcast, witlimist in places. Light rain is probable/more especially in eastern parts. Temperatures will be mild, with seas rough on the west coast and moderate on the .east.
