RADIOS TO CALL HELP. EXPERT DOUBT'S VALUE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The view that at the present, time not much could be expected from the installation of small short-wave battery wireless transmitting sets in light aeroplanes, with the object of enabling injured flyers to summon help iri. case of accidents, such as last Saturday's, was expressed liy Squadron Leader Stedman, instructor to the Wellington Aero Club. Mr. Stedman pointed out that a battery set, and probably even a valve set, would not survive most crashes where airmen were injured.
