BUTTER IMPOUNDED.
NEW ZEALAND SHIPMENT. VANCOUVER, February 22. A message from Halifax, Nova Scotia, states that 011 the orders of the Department of National Revenue a consignment of 224 tons of New Zealand butter has been impounded pending further instructions from Ottawa.
