FORWARDED TO DOMINION. (Received 1 p.m.) LONDON, February 21. j The New Zealand High Commissioner in London, Sir James Parr, is forwarding to the Dominion Museum at Wellington H.M.s. Rattlesnake's prayer book. It is a gift from Arthur Rendel, a grandson of the first Governor, Captain Hobson.
